The Maxstop hydraulic oil series includes multiple types designed to meet the lubrication needs of different application scenarios and equipment. These hydraulic oils are formulated with deeply refined base oils and various high-performance additives to ensure excellent lubrication performance, oxidation resistance, rust prevention, foam resistance, and thermal stability. Whether for machine tools, industrial equipment, or other hydraulic systems, Maxstop hydraulic oils provide reliable lubrication protection, extending equipment life and improving operational efficiency.
Cryogenic hydraulic fluid(L-HV)
It has excellent anti-wear.
- Anti-rust, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation properties.
- Good air release and anti-foaming properties.
- Excellent adaptability of seals.
- Two-stage protection: Adapt to cold areas and the environment with large temperature changes, provide low temperature start-up performance and high temperature protection.
- Oil-water separation: fast separation of water to prevent lubrication failure caused by emulsification.
Applications
- Cold operation: Excavators, cranes, loaders in the winter cold area or high altitude cold zone construction.
- Extreme conditions: continuous operation of mining and open-pit mining equipment in an environment with a large temperature difference between day and night.
- Flight control: precise operation of the aircraft hydraulic system in the stratospheric low temperature environment;
- Ground support: Drive of airport deicing equipment and low-temperature fuel filling system.
- Cold storage equipment: forklifts, shuttle trucks, shelf lifts in the cold storage below -25℃ frequent operation.
- Refrigerated transport: low temperature lubrication of refrigerated truck hydraulic tailplate and loading and unloading platform.
- Low temperature experiment: hydraulic transmission of low temperature chamber in scientific research laboratory;
- Cold storage processing: food quick-freezing equipment, low temperature grinder hydraulic system.
Ultra-low temperature hydraulic oil (L-HS)
Anti-wear protection equipment: contains special anti-wear additives to reduce the wear of metal parts and extend the life of equipment.
- Anti-rust and anti-corrosion: isolate moisture and air, protect the hydraulic pipeline from rust and corrosion.
- Super low temperature resistance: the pour point (the temperature at which the flow stops) is as low as -40°C, and it can be easily pumped in cold weather to avoid “freezing” of the equipment.
- Long life: antioxidant formula, oil change cycle than ordinary hydraulic oil more than 1 times longer.

Machine tool hydraulic oil (L-HL)
Long-term anti-rust protection, adding compound anti-rust agent to form a dense protective film in humid environment, especially suitable for machine tool headstock and gear box in high humidity areas in the south.
- Excellent oxidation resistance, inhibit oil degradation at high temperatures, reduce sludge generation, and extend the oil change cycle to 1.5-2 times that of traditional hydraulic oil.
- Environmental compatibility, does not contain heavy metals additives, in line with the eu RoHS directive; Compatible with mineral oil type seals to avoid hardening or expansion of seals.
- Balance anti-wear performance, although it is a universal hydraulic oil, but add anti-wear agent to reduce the wear of the pump body to less than 600mg (four-ball method test), compatible with the hydraulic system with gearbox.
Applications
It is used in low-pressure gear pumps for machine tools and other equipment. It can also be used in mechanical equipment that uses other anti-oxidation and anti-rust lubricants, but it cannot be used as high-grade machine tool hydraulic oil, let alone anti-wear hydraulic oil . The product should be used in a temperature range of 0~80℃
Anti-wear hydraulic oil (L-HM)
It has suitable viscosity.

High-pressure ashless anti-wear hydraulic oil(MTHM)
Transfer static pressure energy: ensure that the system can transfer static pressure energy sensitively, accurately and smoothly, and improve the efficiency of the hydraulic system.
- Waterproof protection: When the system is subjected to a small amount of water pollution, it can also provide good protection to ensure the stable operation of the hydraulic system.
- Suitable for a variety of hydraulic pump medium and high pressure hydraulic system, can also be used for medium load industrial gear (worm gear, hyperbolic gear except) lubrication, the ambient temperature is -10~40℃. (Products can be customized according to customer needs).
- Suitable for lubrication of equipment or hydraulic systems with active metal coating surfaces.

Fatty acid ester fire resistant hydraulic oil (MTFAE)
Excellent flame resistance: Due to its synthetic ester base, HFDU will not burn when exposed to fire, providing a high level of fire protection.
- High thermal stability: Able to maintain performance at high temperatures, suitable for high temperature working environments.
- Good lubricity: Contains anti-wear agents, provides good lubrication effect and reduces equipment wear.

Applications
It is suitable for hydraulic systems with flame retardancy requirements in industries such as metallurgy, mechanical refining, and mining. For example: hydraulic systems of electric furnaces in steelmaking, hydraulic systems of high-speed wire rod machines, hydraulic systems of plate rolling machines in hot rolling mills, etc.
Aviation hydraulic oil 10#
